What is Richtuals?
Richtuals is a holistic wellness community dedicated to empowering Black and Brown individuals through accessible spiritual and mental wellness services, educational programs, and culturally grounded tools.

Who can participate in your events and workshops?
Everyone is welcome. Our offerings are created for both newcomers and seasoned participants in spiritual and wellness spaces.

Are your offerings online, in-person, or both?
We offer both virtual and in-person experiences. Each service or event listing clearly notes the format.


Readings & Spiritual Services

What is an intuitive reading?
An intuitive reading is a session where I tune into your energy to offer insight, clarity, and guidance. I may use intuitive perception, tarot, symbolism, or pattern recognition depending on what supports the session.

Do you have any specialties?
Yes. I’m especially known for love and relationship readings, fertility, healing, mental wellness support, and dream interpretation.

How do I prepare for a reading?
No special preparation is required. An open mind and clear intention are helpful, but the most important thing is that you feel relaxed and receptive. This is a form of self-care.

Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is taken seriously. Everything shared during a session is confidential unless you give explicit permission otherwise.

Are readings always accurate?
Readings reflect current energy, patterns, and possibilities—not fixed outcomes. You always have free will, and insight is meant to support clarity and informed choice.

What if I’m skeptical?
Skepticism is natural. Many clients arrive unsure and leave feeling grounded and supported. We recommend booking when you feel open and ready to receive insight.


Booking & Services

How do I book a session or register for an event?
Visit the Services or Events pages to view current offerings. You can book directly through the website or reach out via the contact form for guidance.

Can I book a session if I’ve never worked with a spiritual guide before?
Absolutely. All services are designed to meet you where you are. No prior experience is required.

How long do sessions last?
Session lengths vary by service and range from short sessions (around 15 minutes) to in-depth sessions lasting up to an hour.

How many questions can I ask during a session?
You may ask as many questions as time allows. As a general guide:

  • 15 minutes: 1–2 questions

  • 30 minutes: 2–4 questions

  • 60 minutes: 3–5 deeper questions

How soon will I receive my reading?
Most readings are scheduled and delivered the same day if booked before 12pm EST. Please allow up to 48 hours depending on availability.

Can I gift a reading to someone else?
Yes. Readings can be gifted. Simply provide the recipient’s details at booking.


Donations & Payments

Can I make a donation?
Yes. You can make a one-time or recurring donation through our Donation page.

How are donations used?
Donations help fund workshops, community programming, free and low-cost resources, and intentional tools that keep wellness accessible.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and secure online payment options listed at checkout.

Policies & Ethics

Is there an age requirement?
Yes. Services are intended for adults 18 and older.

What is your cancellation policy?
There are no refunds. Sessions may be rescheduled or credited toward another service if notice is given.

Do your services replace medical, legal, or mental health care?
No. Richtuals offerings are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, or mental health services.
