WHAT TO EXPECT
This workshop moves in a gentle, intentional flow designed to support mental clarity and ease. We’ll begin by setting clear intentions and settling the mind through a grounding meditation. From there, reflective journaling and mental detox practices help bring awareness to unhelpful thought patterns and consciously interrupt them.
Affirmation reprogramming and embodiment practices support anchoring new ways of thinking into the body, followed by a closing integration to release the year with clarity and intention. Come exactly as you are.
No prior experience required.

This gathering is a true collaboration rooted in shared intention and trust. Ra opens the space through guided meditation, helping participants arrive in presence and clarity. Intuitive Imani then guides the reprogramming, and embodiment practices. Together, their approaches weave into a unified experience to create a supportive container and sacred space for the mental detox to take place.
